Do you sell All kind of trucks parts?

Yes, we basically supply all kind of trucks parts from Japan.

How do I place an order at TRUCKPARTSJP?

How do I know if I’m getting the right parts for my truck?

If you're not sure which parts will fit your car, please contact our sales department or make an inquiry before you placing an order. Be sure to include the year, make, model, and Chassis number so that we can quote you the right parts.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes, we do offer bulk pricing in orders of 5pcs or more. Please contact the sales department for more information.

About Delivery

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do deliver the parts everywhere at competitive price.

How long will delivery take?

The estimated time for your item to leave the warehouse is 1-2 days from date of order confirmed. we will use Air courier such as DHL, UPS, Fedex, for quicker delivery to your address. It may take 2-7 days.

Can I select the shipping company for my order?

TRICKPARTSJP uses the best possible shipping method for your order's delivery. The shipping company used to handle your order will vary by items. If you wish to nominate the desired air courier company, we can choose that air courier company for you. Please ensure request us when you make an order.

Can I ship to a different address?

Absolutely! After you proceed to the order, Please let us know the address where you'd like your order delivered. Then, we can deliver the items to the address. Please ensure state the name of receiver and TEL number for safe and quick delivery.

Can I ship to a separate address besides my billing address?

Yes, you can ship to separate address besides your billing address.

Do you ship order on the weekends?

Sorry, The delivery company does not pickup shipments on the weekends. It will go out the next business day.

How do I get my tracking number for my order?

After your order is shipped you'll receive a tracking number email at the end of the shipping day. If you still have not received a tracking number, check your spam inbox for the email or log in your account to find the tracking number. If you still can't find it, please contact us.

What if you ship the wrong part to me?

Although we do everything we can to get the correct part to you, unusual mistakes can happen. If we ship the wrong part, we will pick up the part or pay the return freight, and replace the part.

What happens if my orders is broken when I receive it?

If you receive your package and found damages , please immediately contact us to submit a damage claim. Please have the tracking number ready to submit your claim. Also make a claim to the delivery company for physical survey. Please be sure take a photo of carton box with damages. From there, Delivery will contact us and we will negotiate with them to send the replacing parts.
Furthermore, you will have the optional insurance cover package to protect your parts you spent.

How do I return or exchange?

If the delivery parts is wrongly sent by us, you can return it to us so that we can send the replacing parts at our cost.
NO RETURNS will be accepted unless it is wrongly shipped by us.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns that occur as a result of improper packing.

Would you accept checks or cashier's checks?

No, we do not accept checks or cashier's checks. Only Wire Transfer, Paypal, Western union or Moneygram.

Where is your warehouse located?

It is Gifu Japan where we store the large size parts and also packing place and facility.
